Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data if one of the following cases applies:

(a) you contest the accuracy of your personal data, which we can restrict for the period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of that data;

(b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of this personal data, having requested us to restrict our use of this instead;

(c) we no longer need to use your personal data for processing purposes, but it is required by you for the establishing, exercising or defence of a legal claim;

We will try to respond to any requests within 30 days. However, this term may be extended for particular reasons related to specific legal rights, or to the complexity of your request.

We cannot identify you.  In some cases, we may not be able to search for your personal data based on personal identifiers you have provided in your request.  Data collected through browser cookies is an example of personal data that we cannot view when you provide your name and e-mail address.
